TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONSIn these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

   • "Account" refers to a player's user account created on our website;
   • "Bonus" means any promotion or reward offered by us to players, whether monetary or otherwise;
   • "Games" refer to all games available for play on our site;
   • "Operator" denotes Jackpot Bob (the operator of this online casino);
   • "Site" refers to our website.

2. AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONSBy creating an account and using our services, players acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy, which forms a part hereof.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND USE OF THE SITE

• Players must provide accurate personal information during registration.
• Each player is only allowed one account per household or residential address;
• Operator reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be violating this rule.

4. WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

   • Winnings from bonuses and/or games may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal, as specified in these Terms and Conditions or announced by the Operator.
   • Any bet that is less than the minimum required amount for a game will not fulfill any wagering requirement.

5. BONUSES

• Bonuses are available only to players who have reached the age of majority according to local laws;
• The bonus is non-transferable, and no cash value may be claimed if left unused after seven days from its issue date.
• Withdrawal of deposited funds before meeting wagering requirements will void the player's right to claim any bonus or winnings therefrom.

6. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY AND SECURITY

• Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their account, including all login credentials and banking information;
• Any transactions conducted using a lost or stolen credit card may be reversed if the card issuer decides it was an unauthorized transaction.

7. WAGERING LIMITSThe Operator reserves the right to impose wagering limits on individual players at any time without giving reasons for doing so, with these changes taking effect immediately upon notification of such change being displayed in a manner that is reasonably accessible to each player.

8. WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS

• Withdrawals are processed subject to verification procedures.
• The Operator may delay the processing of withdrawals if there's suspicion or evidence of irregular gameplay and/or bonuses misuse;
• Operators reserve the right to cancel or change withdrawal terms without prior notice, including maximum and minimum cash-out limits.

9. RESOLVING DISPUTESAll disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved under Curaçao jurisdiction. All players agree that such resolution shall be final and binding upon all parties concerned.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND LANGUAGE

• These terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Curacao;
• The site is available in several languages; however, English is its primary language for official purposes, including but not limited to customer support and technical issues resolution.

11. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONSOperator reserves the right at any time without notice or obligation to modify, delete, add or change these Terms and Conditions with immediate effect on display of such changes on our website in a manner that's reasonably accessible to each player.

12. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER

• If one or more provisions of this Agreement are deemed invalid by law, the remaining terms shall remain valid.
• Failure to enforce any provision will not constitute an ongoing waiver unless clearly stated otherwise.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYIn no event is Operator liable for consequential damages or loss due directly or indirectly from use of our site; these Terms and Conditions supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications between the parties in relation to their subject matter.

    • The total liability of Operator for any claim will not exceed the amount deposited by Player.

14. COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS

• Jackpot Bob shall ensure that this casino site meets the requirements imposed by Curaçao Gaming Authority;
• Failure to comply may result in penalties, account suspension or closure according to applicable laws and regulations without prior notice to users.

15. ENTERING THE GAMBLING JURISDICTION OF FRANCE AND OTHER EUROPEAN UNION MEMBER STATESJackpot Bob operates under the authority granted by Curaçao Gaming Authority (License # OGL/2024/826/0339). As such, we must adhere strictly to all applicable laws in jurisdiction of the European Union and comply with its regulations as well as those set out herein.
